COST: $50 per booth - $60 if electricity is required (115V only) (Rain or Shine Event)
If requiring electricity, please supply your own extension cords.
IF you need more than one booth, please make a note below under "special requests" and
pay accordingly. (ex: 2 booths-no power is $100.00)
DEADLINE: April 21, 2017
There will be an additional $15.00 late fee assessed after that date pending availability of space.
VENDORS: quality antiques, collectibles, informational, arts, crafts, games and food
We have a limited number of spots per vendor type...first come, first served.
Each booth space is approximately 11’ x 11’.
Booths are not covered. You may provide your own canopy with permission. (No staked tents allowed.) You must provide your own tables, tents, props, etc. If paying for power, please provide your own extension cord (s).
Each vendor must be set up by 9:30 am on the day of the event.
Each vendor is to be in operation from 10 am to 4 pm on the day of the event.
No subletting of space.
No soliciting or displays outside your booth.
No generators without prior approval.
ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, GIVE-AWAYS & PROMOTIONS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE FESTIVAL.
NOTE: Your space will be held for 4 days pending payment. After 4 days unpaid, your spot is not guaranteed.
