WCPA 2018 Conference Program Proposal
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Wisconsin College Personnel Association 2018 Fall Conference! All program sessions will be 45 minutes in length.

2018 Program Tracks
For the 2018 Fall Conference, we are offering three program tracks: Graduate Students, Conduct, and Holistic Advising. Our goal is to have each track offer a program during each session time. We will also consider proposals for programs that do not fit into a specific track, and will accept them as they fit into the schedule.

Below are some program ideas for each of the tracks. Please do not feel limited by these suggestions.

Graduate Students: To PhD or Not to PhD, The Job Search Process & Applying For Jobs, What to Expect in Your First Year Working Full Time

Conduct: Restorative Justice, Law and Lawyers in the student conduct process, Diversity and Inclusion in Student Conduct, Trauma Informed Investigations

Holistic Advising: Both/and: Not creating false dichotomies when advising students, Financial Aid Advising for non Financial Aid Advisors

Timeline
Submission deadline for program proposals is Sunday, September 16. We will reserve 3 programming slots for Graduate Students to present and offer a later deadline for this option, date to come. Accepted presenters will be notified no later than Friday, September 21. Conference registration is now open and will close on Wednesday, September 26.
