Assumption of Risk & Release of LiabilityBy participating in Slow Spokes North Tonawanda, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling, including but not limited to falls, collisions, road hazards, inclement weather, and interactions with vehicles, pedestrians, or other riders. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I assume full responsibility for my actions and any consequences arising from my participation.
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release and discharge Slow Spokes North Tonawanda, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, ride leaders, affiliates, FATTEY Beer Co., Wurlitzer Industrial Parkthe, City of North Tonawanda, Niagara County, Erie County, and any other associated entities or municipalities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries, including those resulting from negligence, that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
Health & Safety Commitment
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the Event and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. I acknowledge that wearing a properly fitted, CPSC-certified helmet is required for all participants. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and the security of my personal property. I agree to comply with all traffic laws, Event rules, and instructions from Event organizers or ride leaders. Should medical treatment be required due to injury or illness during the Event, I consent to such treatment and accept financial responsibility for any associated costs.
Media & Publicity Release
I grant Slow Spokes North Tonawanda permission to use my name, image, and likeness in photographs, videos, or other promotional materials related to the Event without compensation. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes.
Email Consent for Marketing
By providing my email address, I consent to receive communications from Slow Spokes USA, including updates, event notifications, promotional content, and newsletters. I understand that my information will be used solely for these purposes and will not be shared with third parties without my explicit permission.
