Request for Information (RFI)
What is an RFI?

A request for information (RFI) is a standard business process, which purpose is to collect written information about your business, including your corporate goals and objectives.

The process of completing an RFI is very thought provoking. It gives you the space, and opportunity to really think hard about the purpose of your project, and what both your business, and your users want to gain from it.

It also asks some questions around design. But don’t worry, it just gives us a relatively decent indication on the design style your looking to achieve. If we don’t agree, we’ll not be ashamed to say so. This is a standard practice, where we play devil’s advocate, ensuring the answers you’ve given have a purpose and solid reasoning behind them.

Think of this document as a fact-finding mission for the both of us.
