Thank you for your interest in Triad Tech Savvy. All Volunteers must complete this form and report to Room 103 Sullivan Building, corner of McIver Street and Carr Street, on the UNCG campus. Free parking is available in the McIver Garage.

I agree to participate as a volunteer at Tech Savvy on April 1, 2017 I agree to ensure a safe and structured learning environment for all girls involved and encourage girls to be excited about STEM and confident in their ability to learn.

I hold harmless AAUW, Inc. and AAUW GREENSBORO and Tech Savvy, including their respective past, present and future officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives against any and all liabilities, injuries, losses, costs, damages, attorney’s fees, and expenses which I may sustain or incur as a result of participation in the Tech Savvy program.

Responsibility for Personal Property Release

I will not hold AAUW GREENSBORO or UNCG or Tech Savvy sponsors responsible for items lost or stolen during Tech Savvy. This includes, but is not limited to: radios, iPods, iPads, tablets, cell phones and other articles of value brought to Tech Savvy.

Photograph/Video Release

I understand that photographs may be taken or videotaping may be done during Tech Savvy. This may be done as a group or individual photos, or as a part of a media story, and may appear in news stories or reports on the event. I give permission for photographs or videos I appear in that are made at Tech Savvy to be used in future advertising on websites or print materials. I grant to AAUW, it’s officers, agents, employees, assigns and licensees (“AAUW”), permission to use photographs, audio and/or video recordings of me, along with my name (first and last initial), in AAUW and its state or branch publication, on AAUW social media sites, on the AAUW website, or any other use AAUW deems appropriate. I hereby waive any right to inspect or to approve audio, video or print materials that may be used in conjunction with these efforts.
