SICA AGM Questionnaire
Our AGM will be held at 6:30-8:30pm at the Sea Island Community Hall on the 16th of November. 

Join us for a relaxed gathering of neighbours to discuss the goals of the community, recognize awards, and welcome new volunteers. Refreshments will be served, there will be door prizes, and more!

To help us facilitate this gathering, please fill in any info below that you are happy to share with us ahead of time!

Are you intending to attend the SICA AGM this year in-person? (in-person event will be held at the hall, and feature door-prizes, snacks, etc!).

There will also be a remote access option via Zoom (link tbc)
