2026 Chronic Illness Symposium Virtual Exhibitor Application Form

The Center for Chronic Illness invites you to connect with a nationwide audience of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by exhibiting at our first-ever virtual Chronic Illness Symposium on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18, 2026.

This two-day event will offer meaningful networking and visibility opportunities for companies and organizations aligned with our mission. Our virtual exhibit hall will provide an interactive experience for registrants to learn more about your products and services and opportunities for patients to connect with illness and symptom-specific organizations.

Space is limited. Please fill out the form below to secure your virtual exhibitor spot by March 31st. Please note, for anyone who signs up as a virtual exhibitor, we will be reaching out at a later date for additional information, including your company / organization logo.
