Club Officer Interest

Student Clubs and Organizations provide opportunities for participation in community service and exploring career and academic interests. This form is being used to capture the information needed to put together an information sheet of officer candidates for the planned future teachers club. Please complete the form if you are interested in running for a position of leadership.

Students are welcome to run for any of the open club positions: Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretrary, and ICC Representative.

*All Hartnell Clubs and organizations are part of the Inter-Club Council (ICC).
*ICC meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month
*All active clubs must have an ICC representative present at all ICC meetings.
*Officers' eligibility-- students must have a 2.50 cumulative grade point average and be enrolled in minimum of 9.0 units throughout the term of office.

Please submit your platform statement by no later than Friday, August 27th, or reach out to us via teach@hartnell.edu to discuss any delays in providing the requested information.

Vice President (Must perform the duties of the President in his or her absence- preside at all meetings and acts as principal host at all club functions)

Treasurer (Shall maintain club budget oversight and management. Prepare a statement of such finances for each meeting.)

Secretary (Arrange for a meeting place and other physical facilities as necessary. Notify members as to the date, time, and place of each meeting. Publish agendas for all club meetings.)

ICC Representative (Attend ICC meetings the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 2:00pm. Taking notes of the ICC meeting to report to your club.)
