2019 Festival of Legends Vendor Application
We kindly ask that all vendors (new and returning) complete the following application; please read and respond carefully, as our form has changed.

If you are a new applicant, the review process usually takes 1-2 weeks, and you will hear back from us as soon as we finish. Please remember that 80% of your offerings must be hand-made or fair trade. Once you are approved, you will receive a Welcome Letter detailing event and payment information.

The 8th annual Festival of Legends will be held April 13-14, 2019 at Optimist Farm in Apex, NC (2908 Optimist Farm Rd, Apex, NC 27539) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
