Guided Experience Field Trip Request

1. We will confirm field trips and dates within one (1) week. You will receive an e-mail with details after we have processed your request. If you do not receive a confirmation within one (1) week, please contact Alex Martin at alexm@centerofthewest.org or 307-578-4028.

2. Only requests received at least three (3) weeks prior to the requested date will be considered.

3. Teachers can schedule one experience per visit. Guided experiences are $3.50 per student, unless otherwise noted. All field trips, except for any Raptor Programs, are free for Park County, Wyoming schools.

4. Guided experiences last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5. Scholarships are available for schools that need assistance to visit the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Please contact Alex Martin at alexm@centerofthewest.org or 307-578-4028.

6. Please brief your students on museum etiquette prior to your trip. More information will be in your e-mail confirmation.

7. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled guided experience. If your group is more than 20 minutes late, we
may have to reschedule your guided experience.
