This form will be used to register for all 2018 Summer School credit classes.

Please read it carefully as this form acknowledges a commitment to financial obligations.

Summer School will take place from Monday, June 11- Friday, June 29th. ONLY ONE ABSENCE IS ALLOWED during the summer school period. Please confirm your daughter will be available on these dates before registering to take a course.

$375.00 - balance charged through FACTS on Friday, April 6, 2018

Summer School Credit Courses *
Students may only register for one credit course during the summer school program. Because students are receiving credit at the end of the course; only one absence will be allowed for each course. All courses will take place from Monday, June 11 - Friday, June 29th from 7:30am - 12:00pm. Registration for summer school courses will take place on a first-come; first served basis. **Please note all Honors courses will need teacher approval to register.
Payment Information
All payments for Summer School 2018 will take place through FACTS payment processing system.

A non-refundable $50 registration fee will be charged on Friday, March 2, 2018 through the FACTS payment system.
The $375.00 balance for the course will be charged on Friday, April 6, 2018.

Any student who wishes to DROP the course must contact Mrs. Minoso at mminoso@bobcats.olla.org via e-mail before Friday, June 8, 2018 for a refund of $375.00.
