Thank you for your interest in becoming a founding resident of Eva Group— the UK’s first luxury LGBTQ+ care home brand. This form is to register your intent to place a £10,000 fully refundable deposit to secure your future place in one of our homes.

Depositors will receive 10% off care fees in their first year (worth £13,000+), priority access to our first home in Edinburgh, and the option to transfer to our Brighton, London or Manchester homes. Your deposit is fully refundable if the home does not open, or if you later change your mind (75% refund) or no bed is available.
