I understand that live insects will be present during the program.

All participants must follow staff directions at all times.

The Insectarium may pause or end the program if the environment becomes unsafe for the animals.

I will provide a safe, calm, and clean space for the program.

I will prevent food, drinks, or loud disruptions near the presentation area.

I understand that if any insect is harmed, lost, or killed due to participant negligence or failure to follow instructions, the organization will be responsible for compensating the Staten Island Insectarium for the replacement cost of the affected specimen(s).
