THIS FORM IS FOR REPORTING AN ABSENCE FOR AN ARGYLE WEST STUDENT.
 
Please complete one form per student. If an absence is due to an appointment, you will need to provide an appointment note within 3 days of the absence to the ARGYLE WEST office.

Please remember if your child is vomiting or running fever, they must be sickness free for 24 hours before returning to school.  

IF YOUR STUDENT DOES NOT ATTEND ARGYLE WEST, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM.  PLEASE REPORT THEIR ABSENCE TO THE APPROPRIATE CAMPUS.  Attendance questions medical notes can be sent to AWEattendance@argyleisd.com.  THANK YOU
