This questionnaire is to collect basic data on participants, broadly construed, of CompSustNet. Participants may be members of the research team and collaborators (as indicated at
), or others affiliated in some way with CompSustNet, whether funded by the network or not (e.g., other faculty, graduate and undergraduate research assistants, other students and postdocs, administrative and IT staff).
All questions are optional, but we hope to get your name and affiliation at a minimum.

Some CompSustNet participants will have responsibilities for (or interests in) communicating network activities to the public. Are you one of these individuals? Please elaborate on any relevant background and interests, if so.
