Do you know your swim pace zones, run pace or heart rate zones, or bike power or heart rate zones? If so, please tell me what you think your zones are and how you determined them.
If you have the data available, please give me some bike data (power, heart rate, time), run data (pace, heart rate), and swim data (pace) for some recent races (either single sport or tri). For triathlons, also include whether you were able to swim, bike and run strongly for the entire race.
