Duck liver pate, spiced orange & toasted brioche
Tomato & roasted red pepper soup, creme fraiche & basil. V/vegan on request.
Smoked salmon and Whitby crab fish cakes. Cauliflower puree, tatare pickles and melting potted shrimps.
Choice of Main Course
Roast Turkey, Festive Trimmings
Pan fried sea bass, artichoke risotto, cracked salted hazelnuts, madeira sauce, garlic butter & homemade ricotta
Garlic mushroom "vol au vent", autumn vegetables, madeira juices and nutmeg buttered baby spinach. V/vegan on request.
Choice of Dessert
Chocolate mousse, boozy cherries & shortbread.
