TERMS & CONDITIONS:

SPLIT: The standard profit split is 60/40, store favor - minus taxes and fees. This is negotiable for specific handcrafted goods & high end pieces, individually. All other items will adhere to the standard. 

PRICING: While back story and original retail prices are appreciated and helpful, resale pricing is ultimately determined by Honeypot staff, with consideration of condition, regional appeal, season and consignor’s wishes.

DROP-OFFS: Space is limited – please, no more than (12) pieces or (1) basket full for in-take at one time. Items not accepted on consignment need to be picked up within 48 hours of drop off or they will be donated.

FEES: There will be a $12 in-take fee if cleaning, repair, or authentication are deemed necessary. This will be deducted from earnings upon sale of the particular item(s). As we do not charge any upfront costs for our services, a monthly upkeep fee of $2 will be deducted from your balance for garment/leather/jewelry/tagging maintenance & materials.

PAYOUTS: Regular account updates will be sent via email. Pay-out balances for sold items may be redeemed as store credit for 10% off total sale, or are available by request via cash (in-store only), Zelle or Venmo. Balances over $150 must be transferred digitally, to avoid keeping large amounts of cash on hand in-store. **Any abandoned balances will expire after 12 months of inactivity, and your account will be closed.

RETURNS: Unsold items will be revisited every 90-120 days, to be discounted, returned or donated at the end of it's seasonal cycle. Consignors who opt to have items returned may come collect unsold items up 14 days after notification is sent out. After this period, remaining items will be forfeited. 

DISCLAIMER: We take many precautions in the protection of your personal property, including staff training, comprehensive business insurance, and 24 hour camera surveillance. Beyond this, Honeypot Exchange LLC does not assume any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items brought in for consignment.
