Job Application Feed Back for Fed Up
Hiring is a really important part of any organization. How and what we ask job applicants has an impact on how many qualified candidates apply. We firmly believe that resumes and formal interviews are an inefficient means to asses just how awesome some applicants are. We'd love to hear feed back and suggestions from people how have applied, thought about applying, or are simply interested in the project.
