Whether you're hosting a team building holiday get together, a corporate family holiday party, a client appreciation event, or a spirited work’s holiday night out, our amenities are perfect for all skill levels. Silver Bells and Whistles Corporate Package (up to 100 guests): For those looking to dazzle your guests with a truly curated holiday experience, our premium package offers all the festive bells and whistles to impress. This package includes professional coaching, premium amenities, and personalized holiday touches: Exclusive private access to our entire site including 9 Pickleball courts, “Learn to play” intro workshop: A fun, introductory session for newbies led by one of our experienced coaches to get your team into the holiday spirit and playing in no time, Fairgrounds On-Site Staff, Seasonal music: Enjoy curated holiday playlists over our sound system to set the perfect festive mood, Exclusive access to lounge area, lockers and ping pong tables, “Safe Play Intro” demonstration for all attendees by our certified coach, Customized Holiday Swag: Receive co-branded holiday t-shirts or water bottles and festive swag bags for your entire party, 1 certified coach to kickstart your team’s play and assist with play along the way, Festive Refreshments: A selection of non-alcoholic beverages to keep everyone refreshed and in the holiday spirit, Holiday Photo Ops: Capture the moment with our festive photo wall backdrop and red carpet, perfect for company photos and holiday memories, Event Type Selection: Choose from our three festive event options to tailor the experience to your needs. $2500/hour (minimum 2-hour booking)

The Merry Mini Bells Corporate Package (mini) (30-50 guests): For smaller corporate events that don’t require a full site buyout but still want to embrace the holiday spirit: Exclusive access to 6 Pickleball courts, “Learn to play” intro workshop for newbies to get your team playing in no time with one of our experience on-site staff members, Fairgrounds On-Site Staff , Seasonal music: Enjoy curated holiday playlists over our sound system to set the perfect festive mood, Access to lounge area, lockers and ping pong tables, 1 hour of certified coaching to kickstart your team’s play and assist with play along the way, Option to choose from our 3 event types: $750+tax/hour (minimum 2-hour booking)

c. Holiday Bar Service: Toast to the season with our festive bar service! Enjoy a curated selection of seasonal beverages, including holiday-themed cocktails, mulled wine, and sparkling spritzers. Pricing available upon request

d. Hot Chocolate Station: Warm up your festivities with our delightful Hot Chocolate Bar! Indulge in rich, creamy hot chocolate topped with an array of festive toppings, including marshmallows, whipped cream, and sprinkles. Add a touch of sweetness and cheer to your holiday celebrations. A perfect treat for the young and young-at-heart! Pricing available upon request

e. Visit from Santa: Elevate your holiday cheer with a magical visit from Santa! Watch as he spreads holiday cheer, handing out candy canes or delivering more elaborate Fairgrounds festive gifts. This charming addition will add a touch of enchantment and joy to your entire party. Pricing available upon request

f. Festive Live Entertainment: Keep the holiday spirit high with a DJ spinning your favorite seasonal tunes and party classics. $350 + tax for two hours

g. Professional Instruction: Elevate your skills with personalized coaching from experienced instructors. Whether it’s one-on-one sessions or group lessons, get expert guidance to shine brighter on and off the court. $150+tax/ hour

h. Customized co-branded Holiday Swag: Send your guests home with exclusive holiday-themed Fairgrounds x your company gifting! From festive Pickleball racquets to cozy sweatshirts and holiday water bottles, our customized swag will keep the cheer alive long after the party ends. Pricing available upon request (must have min 1 month notice)

g. Additional Guests: Fairgrounds can accommodate up to 250 guests (maximum 36 can play games at any one time - more people can be accommodated on court in lessons) $100 for every additional 25 guests over 100 people/ hour
