Nebraska “Grow Your Own” Teacher Apprenticeship – Round 4 District Interest Form
Nebraska school districts are invited to complete this form to express interest in implementing or expanding a Grow Your Own (GYO) Registered Teacher Apprenticeship Program under the sponsorship of the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) and in partnership with an approved Nebraska Educator Preparation Provider (EPP).
NDE has released Round 4 of the Nebraska Grow Your Own Teacher Apprenticeship Competitive Grant Opportunity. Through this funding opportunity, districts may collaborate with an EPP to apply for funds to support the implementation or expansion of a Teacher Registered Apprenticeship Program (TRAP).
By completing this form, districts are:
- Indicating interest in participating in a Grow Your Own Registered Apprenticeship model
- Expressing potential interest in collaborating with an EPP on a Round 4 grant application
- Signaling readiness to explore funding to support TRAP design, launch, or expansion
The information collected will support the district–EPP matching process and ensure alignment between district staffing priorities and educator preparation pathways within Nebraska’s Grow Your Own Teacher Apprenticeship initiative.
