2020-2021 #CAP Student Application
The College Admissions Process Program - #CAP for short - is the signature program of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated for 2018-2022. This program is designed to assist high school students with navigating the college admission process through a step-by-step approach (STEPP) that will empower students with the knowledge needed to achieve a bright, prosperous future. STEPP stands for SEARCH, TEST, EVALUATE, PAPERWORK, and POSITIVE OUTLOOK. This program is administered through Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Zeta Omega Chapter, in conjunction with The PEARL Foundation, Incorporated.

To participate in the #CAP program, successful applicants must meet the following requirements:

* High school Junior or Senior during the 2020-2021 school year
* Reside within Cobb County
* Attend a high school located within the county of Cobb
* Possess a strong desire to attend a college after high school
* Able to attend #CAP meetings once a month (usually the 4th Sunday of the month)
* Ready and willing to put in the WORK to achieve the goal

Completed #CAP applications submitted by June 15, 2020, will have priority application acceptance. The application does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted applicants only will be notified via e-mail with an invitation to participate in the program. A response accepting the invitation must be received within two weeks to complete enrollment in the #CAP program.
