Thank you for your interest in Moreland Woods!

Friends of Moreland Woods is a community group seeking ways to conserve the open space and mature trees on the two-acre undeveloped lot between Wilhelm's Portland Memorial and Llewellyn School in Portland on SE 14th Avenue, directly adjacent to Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge.  

The survey that follows is part of our public input effort to gather community feedback regarding the future use of the lot as proposed by its current owners, Foundation Partners Group (FPG). FPG's proposal is subject to a land use change process with the City of Portland; the pre-application proposal can be reviewed at https://www.portlandmaps.com/detail/permit/2018-249089-000-00-EA/4292330_did/.

There are five questions in the survey. We estimate it will take up to ten minutes if you choose to add optional comments. Your responses will help determine what matters most to the community and how Friends of Moreland Woods will provide feedback or testimony if required during the land use change process.

If you attended our January 23 meeting at Llewellyn School and filled out a ballot at that time, please do not take the survey. We don't want to skew the results.
