A questionnaire for participation in the Second Waseda Summer Workshop in Finance 
We welcome and thank you for your participation in our workshop.  In this year, the workshop is held three days. The first day (August 1) is young reseachers' presentations. The second day (August 2) is special lecture for young scholars by Charles Martineasu and Yoshio Nozawa, both are from University of Toronto. The third day (August 3) is the research presentation.
