It also allows Placement Unit to add your student for upcoming placement season."

"Dear DRC Convenor, Approving this form acknowledges that the applicant is a Ph.D student in your department and is in final stages of Ph.D. You do not have any objection as DRC if the student registers for the campus placement this year (if you are receiving this request it means that the supervisor has already approved it). It also allows Placement Unit to add the student for upcoming placement season."

Provide Official BITS Email ID of  HoD (eg. HOD.XYZ@goa.bits-pilani.ac.in)

Following email will be sent to your HoD for you -
"Dear HOD, Approving this form acknowledges that the applicant is a Ph.D student in your department and is in final stages of Ph.D. You do not have any objection as HoD if the student register's for the campus placement this year (if you are receiving this request it means that the supervisor and DRC has already approved it). It also allows Placement Unit to add the student for upcoming placement season."
