Filling out this form will give me an idea of where you are at in your pregnancy, postpartum, and fitness journey. Whether you're newly pregnant or your baby is 10 years old, growing a baby is hard work and takes a toll on the body. Finding the right exercises to strengthen and heal will lead you to feel more energetic and confident in your new body. After submission, I will email you with details on my programs and what options might work best for you!
