This 3 hour training course will cover the basics of food safety with Asian food/culture in mind as well as introduce attendees to the latest trends occurring in restaurants across the state. This presentation will give participants the confidence to serve quality, safe food while providing the knowledge to keep your business current with today’s food trends to help grow your business. This bi-lingual course will be taught in English and Chinese.
A collaboration of the City of Cleveland Department of Public Health, Cuyahoga County Board of Health, Margaret Wong & Associates, Asian Services in Action, and OCA Cleveland as part of Ohio's Project RAISE (Reaching Asian-Americans through Innovative and Supportive Engagement).
