PlayMore is currently looking for some great candidates to help in our leagues! Below is a list of general questions that will apply to all open positions that we have. Please read all the questions and fill out all the details below.

We are looking for officials that have a fun and upbeat temperament with our players, but also the ability to shift gears into de-escalation mode when needed to calm any upset players. *

We have the backs of our officials. The league is quick to put disciplinary actions into place for any disruptive players or teams. So we will always help the officials in that sense. We do have some things though that are no-no's when it comes to officials - please check the boxes below to make sure you are comfortable with being able to achieve a near 100% accuracy with these topics *

Late to a Shift - I will always league the League office know if I am running a few minutes late

We don't run the clock or end games early (losing teams can choose to tap out and we do give refs ability to end games for any safety reasons)

Help direct any player questions that you don't know back to the league office so we can give them accurate info

I won't be on my phone while a game is in session (or have ear buds in, etc). If I have some kind of emergency I will properly stop the game and inform the captains before I make the call

I won't talk poorly about the league at league games. Any concerns I have that I see I will reach out to the office since we have a very open policy of chatting about all things good and bad

I will execute common sense. I will act (as an official) they way I would want an official to officiate my game if I were playing
