This form is to pre-order raffle tickets for the James W. Alexander PTA Super 50/50.

Not one, but THREE cash prize winners!!
1st prize: 25% of proceeds
2nd prize: 15% of proceeds
3rd prize: 10% of proceeds

Drawing: Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 8:00 pm
Killarney's Publick House, 1644 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.
Winners need not be present and will be notified.

Proceeds to benefit the Alexander PTA for the educational enrichment of James W. Alexander Elementary School students.
This is a cash raffle. No substitutions of the offered prize will be made.
