PALSHIELD is hiring a Fundraising & Grants Director to build and manage a structured funding pipeline that reinforces (rather than distorts) our operational model. This role focuses on identifying aligned funding sources, developing proposals, and coordinating fundraising efforts that directly support field operations.

Time commitment: 5–12 hours/week. Hybrid volunteer model with a limited stipend tied to deliverables or successful submissions until sustained funding capacity is established.
