Please complete this form to be considered for a Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation Scholarship to attend the 52nd annual Montana History Conference in Helena. Scholarships will consist of full conference registration plus up to $400 for travel for those living outside the Helena area. Scholarship awardees living in or near Helena will receive a free conference registration.
