Formulir permintaan surat pengantar/rekomendasi HANYA untuk:
1. Surat rekomendasi (beasiswa, pertukaran pelajar, summer/winter school)
2. Surat pengantar wawancara (tugas kuliah/skripsi)
3. Surat keterangan lulus sementara
4. Surat ijin atasan untuk kegiatan akademik
5. Surat keterangan tidak survei

Request form ONLY for:
1. Recommendation Letter (Scholarship, student exchange, summer/winter school)
2. Interview Letter (assignment/thesis)
3. Certificate of graduation (temporary)
4. Absence permit for academic purpose
5. Confirmation letter (non-survey research)

Form Request Surat - Hubungan Internasional
Ketentuan request surat:

1. Jurusan Hubungan Internasional hanya melayani permintaan pembuatan surat HANYA untuk keperluan: (1) wawancara/cari data (tugas kuliah/skripsi), (2) Surat rekomendasi (beasiswa, student exchange, conference, summer/winter school), dan (3) Surat keterangan lulus sementara (Certificate of graduation temporary)

2. Jurusan HI TIDAK melayani permintaan surat selain 3 jenis surat di atas.

3. Permintaan surat pengantar MAGANG (Reguler dan 3+1) TIDAK dapat dilayani Jurusan HI dan HARUS diminta ke Unit Layanan (LIM) di Kampus Anggrek Lt. 1.

4. Pembuatan surat memerlukan 2 HARI KERJA dan diambil pada JAM KERJA Jurusan (Senin-Jumat, pukul 09.00 - 17.00).

5. Jika pemohon surat memerlukan scan copy dokumen maka pemohon WAJIB untuk mengambil hardcopy surat di Jurusan HI dan melakukan scan SENDIRI.

6. Pengambilan Surat hanya dilayani pada JAM KERJA jurusan (Senin - Jumat pukul 09.00 - 17.00)

Request Letters Form - International Relations
Term and Conditions:

1. International Relations Department only serves the demand of a letter for the purpose of: (1) Interview request (research/course project/thesis), (2) Letter of recommendation (scholarships, student exchange, conferences, summer / winter school), and (3) Certificate of graduation temporary

2. International Relations Department DOES NOT accept other requests aside from the aforementioned letters.

3. Letter for the purpose of internship ("Magang") (Regular and 3 + 1) MUST BE directed to the Student Registration and Service Center (SRSC) at Anggrek Campus 1st floor.

4. Requested letter can be taken after 2 WORKING DAYS at the Department's office, Kijang Campus Room C205.

5. Department of International Relations DOES NOT provide scanning service. Requester MUST scan the printed letter on their own.

6. Requested letter can be taken within Department's WORKING HOURS (Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
