There is a specific scenario that I hope can be avoided due to a recent/traumatic personal experience. Please see my explanation below.

If you indicated a specific scenario above, please provide a brief outline/summary. If possible, it will be avoided as a role-play scenario for the training. Replies will not be shared with the class.

Your manual is included with this training. They come in two formats, printed hard copy, or digital. The content is the same.

Digital versions are available as PDF or e-reader files. If you select the digital version, you will be provided with a code and downloading instructions. Hard copy manuals will be shipped to the course organizer in advance of the training dates.

If you want both formats, there is an additional fee of $20 for the second manual which the organizer is not covering.
