Tin Pan Rental Form 
Thank you for your interest in renting the Tin Pan Theater. Please refer to our general outlines below before submitting your rental inquiry:
  • Bookings must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Theater capacity is 36 - includes 28 fixed theater seats, 5 folding chairs, 4 stools.
  • All rentals are for a duration of three hours unless otherwise approved
  • Furnishings available for use: table, tablecloth, pint glasses, wine glasses
  • Renter must provide a physical copy of the film you wish to watch (Streaming is an option as well)
  • Renter is limited to 15 minutes for setup prior to the event start time.

    Rates
    :
  • Peak Days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - $650
  • Non-Peak Days (Monday/Tuesday) - $350
  • Cleaning fee (required) - $50
  • Unlimited popcorn - $50
  • Outside alcohol will be subject to a flat corkage fee ($75) and must be served by Tin Pan staff
  • Outside food and drinks brought in by Renter will require a fee ($50)
  • Drinks and concessions are not included, but available for purchase.
  • Holiday Rates vary and must first be negotiated
