The following items will be based on a 100-point system:
Functionality and Completeness *
How well does it work? Is up to date?  (Maximum 50 pts)
Image and Positive Impression *
How well does it reflect Alpha's image to the public? (Maximum 20 pts)
Appearance & Design *
How does the site look? How well it is structured? (Maximum 10 pts)
Originality and Innovation *
How does site demonstrate innovate views and insights? (Maximum 10 pts)
Optional Elements *
Points are given for including  following optional items:  Section for contacting the Chapter, Chapter Calendar, Scrapbook like sections, Searching tools, Links for Chapter Members, Use of emailing lists, A Press kit for covering the chapter ) (Maximum 10 pts)
