PTA Project Funding Committee Request
If you would like to request funds from the OHE PTA Project Funding budget, please fill out this form with as much detail as possible.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION is 1st of each Month. If submitted after this date, your request will be reviewed at a later meeting.

The PTA Project Funding Committee (PFC) meets once a month and will review your request at an upcoming meeting. If you have any questions, please contact pfc@ohepta.org.

Please note: if your item is approved, it becomes the property of the OHE PTA and will be subject to inventory guidelines set by the administration.
