Call to Action: Student Voices Needed
Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm towards participating in the student consultation process.

At this time, consultations are at capacity and we are no longer accepting new registrants. Please know that Niagara College intends to host additional student consultations in the future!

---------------------------------------------------------------

Information about Consultations:

Niagara College is creating its first Student Mental Health and Well-Being framework: a strategic plan that will guide our efforts to support student well-being in the coming years. Student voices are extremely important and we want to hear from you!

You are invited to participate in a virtual student consultation session to share your feedback, ideas, experiences, and recommendations. The virtual consultation will take place via Microsoft Teams. Student input will guide the creation of this strategic plan and will meaningfully impact the NC community.

Overview:
- Each virtual consultation session will last 60 minutes
- Hosted on Microsoft Teams
- Participation is capped at 6-10 students per session
- Participants will receive a $25 grocery gift card redeemable at Walmart
- Consultations will be facilitated by Mira Dineen (MSW, RSW) and Ayssa Scipio (MSW-qualifying), who are external consultants. Tara Fox (Administrative Assistant at Health, Wellness, Accessibility Services) will attend to take notes and document feedback.

Your confidentiality and privacy will be protected to the greatest extent possible. The facilitators and note-taker will keep your identity and feedback strictly confidential. Please see the Consent Form below for further details about the procedures to protect privacy.
