S.T.A.R. Technique
After looking through the S.T.A.R. Technique slides, use the following example questions for your own STAR story: What do you think good customer services looks like? What is your approach to hitting goals? What is your approach to being a leader on a team? Tell me about a time that you took initiative in the workplace. 

Create your own S.T.A.R. story using the form below! You'll receive your answers via email so that you can practice your answers.

Then, write a brief reflection about disclosure. Please follow up with your CSM directly if you have any questions.

Action (the specific/detailed actions you took focusing on the skills you used in this situation -- this is where most of the answer should be spent!) *

If so, what information might you share (you DO NOT have to be specific)? How might it impact your ability to get the job or be successful? This information will be seen only by your CSM and YDM and will be used to help support you as you start interviewing for other jobs.
