All requested information must be provided if the applicant is to be considered.  Enrollment in the GWMS YCC is in no way an indicator of upcoming enrollment in the GWMS Primary or Elementary programs. Enrollment is for the 2020-2021 school year. 2nd Round Enrollment forms are accepted starting March 17th, 2020. Students applying in Round 2 will be added to the waitlist on a first come first serve basis.  This form is for children who will be less than 3 years old as of October 1, 2020.
