You have been invited to register for the After-School Spanish Language Club!

This club meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 4:30pm-6pm.

The meeting location is Passport to Learning Language Immersion Center at 902 Bates St Saint Louis, MO 63111

The cost to participate is $30 per week, and is paid monthly due the first Tuesday of the month.

The first day of the Spanish Language Club is Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

If the center is closed on a date when the club would normally meet, there is no charge for that day.

1. Please submit the following form as soon as possible to confirm registration. If you do not submit the form promptly, it is possible that the placement will be offered to the next person if there is a waitlist.

2. Submit a $30 payment as a deposit for the first week's payment and to confirm registration. Payment can be submitted via Zelle to passporttolearning.stl@gmail.com or by venmo @laurastraubetiago (last 4 digits 9027). Contact the center to discuss other forms of payment or to make your payment in person. The remainder of the payment for November ($60) will be due the week of Nov 6 for the start of the club sessions.

Here is a breakdown of the dates by month and the cost to participate based on the number of sessions.

November : 3 weeks x $30 = $90 (the center is closed the week of Thanksgiving)

December : 3 weeks x $30 = $90 (the center is closed Dec 22-Jan 5)

January - Feb 1 : 4 weeks x $30 = $120 (the center is closed Dec 22-Jan 5)

Feb (5th-end) : 4 weeks x $30 = $120

March : 3 weeks x $30 = $90 (closed for spring break March 25-29)

April : 5 weeks x $30 = $150

May : 3 weeks x $30 = 90 (closed the week of May 27)

For the best outcome for your child's language learning, continued participation each month is highly recommended. If for any reason your child will not be able to continue enrollment for the following month, please give advanced notice to the center so that we may plan accordingly and offer the placement to anyone on a waitlist.
