Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Project ECHO! There are many ways to participate with our upcoming event! We will host a Zoom meeting in advance of the event to go over your role, logistical information, and answer any of your questions. All of our event day volunteers will be treated to lunch at the event, the In N' Out Burger truck! Our Zoom will take place on  the Thursday prior to the Competition.   

There are many ways to volunteer!

Snack Table volunteers are responsible for setting up the snack table, displaying snacks, completing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized area throughout the event.

Registration table volunteers will greet volunteers, and students, and will hand out school packets to teachers, answer questions from guests, and serve as Project ECHO Ambassadors. Volunteers will be asked to circulate the event to answer questions and ensure that teens and guests are behaving respectfully.

Lunchtime volunteers will assist with managing lunch distribution ensuring that only invited guests enter the lunch line. Volunteers will collect lunch tickets from each guest and confirm that everyone in line has one. 

Swag Bag volunteers will help assemble swag bags on Friday, May 29.
