Here are the guidelines for remote presentations:

Remote presenters are required to register at the virtual attendee rate of $75. They can register themselves, or you may add their registration to yours.While a projector will be provided, the FFLA member hosting the remote presenter is responsible for providing any necessary equipment (e.g., laptop, external speakers) to ensure a smooth experience for in-person attendees.The host must set up the session using their preferred video conferencing platform and will also be responsible for facilitating and moderating the session. It is optional, but appreciated, to include the session link in SCHED for additional virtual attendees.The video conference link should not be shared with individuals who are not attending the conference.The FFLA conference team does not provide troubleshooting support for setup or connection issues among session participants.

FFLA will provide access to the following:
- projector
- projection screen
- small table for projector
-  extension cord/power strip.
- certain dongles
FFLA does not provide: laptop/computers, external speakers, printing services, and cannot guarantee our dongles will work for your computer. Please bring a dongle that can connect from your laptop to an older projector with a VGA port as backup.
