2017 Dance for Mother Earth Powwow Vendor Application

THIS IS AN APPLICATION ONLY. IT IS NOT AN INVITATION OR CONTRACT TO EXHIBIT AT THE 2017 DANCE FOR MOTHER EARTH POW WOW. SEND NO MONEY NOW.

Please complete by 3/1/17. Acceptances will be sent out by 3/6/17. If you are accepted, you will receive notification and a vendor contract.

Each booth space is 10’ x 10’ and is $300. Nonprofits have no charge.
If you wish a larger booth, you must purchase it in increments of 10’ X 10’.
FOOD VENDORS WILL BE CONTACTED INDIVIDUALLY.

There are 50 10' x 10' available spaces on the main floor area of the high school. Paying vendors have priority of the main area. Nonprofits have spaces in the side hallways.

Photographs of merchandise must be sent to danceformotherearth@gmail.com

In order to be considered for acceptance, photographs of merchandise MUST be included with this application. When sending pictures, please include the following information.
Subject Line must include "Vendor Merchandise Pictures" and your business's name, or the craftsperson's name. Example: "Vendor Merchandise Pictures - Business Name".

Decisions
Vendor decisions will be made by March 6, 2017. If accepted you have two weeks to sign and return your vendor contract and submit your vendor fee to the Dance for Mother Earth Powwow Committee. If your contract and fee are not received by March 28, 2017 you will lose your vendor space.
