It confirms you're serious about working with us, specifically. We're a small team and can’t spend the day quoting for browsers. (We charge by the hour—not per room or sqft. Check our Google Reviews!)

Your Checklist is just the start. Our 15–20 minute consult helps us understand your space, surfaces, priorities, and budget — like x-rays before a dental cleaning appointment.

We come prepared and aim for a long-term relationship — so you can call us any time life gets messy (like in-laws dropping in).
