Hamline Elementary Fall Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor/vendor for the 2017 Hamline Elementary Fall Festival. Please see www.hamlinemidway.org/fallfestivalrules for participant guidelines and rules pertaining to this event.
All exhibitors receive a designated outdoor 10’X10’ space. One 30”x8’ table and two chairs will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own tent or canopy, if you wish. Tents must be weighted down. Please do not use stakes. Contact Hamline Elementary PTA directly to discuss your needs. All exhibitors are expected to adhere to zero waste and other festival rules and guidelines. Exhibitors will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Fees and Discounts
Booth Fee: $100

The booth fee will go to covering the cost of the festival and as a fundraiser for the Hamline Elementary PTA, dedicated to supporting and funding arts education at Hamline Elementary School. There is no charge for volunteer-led neighborhood and community groups. Please inquire if you have questions about your group’s eligibility or fees.
