Responsibilities Scheduling patients (new and existing). Work with on-going marketing/advertisements to reach new patients. Follow up to ensure scheduling/patient reminders. Answering patient emails and/or phone calls. Assisting in outlining patient options for scheduling, payment options. Interacting regularly with dentist(s) and operations management. Gathering patient information and health background. Some filing and pulling up patient dental and relevant medical history.
