Registration for INTERMEDIATE Distance Learning Veterinary Technology Courses-SPRING 2020
NOTE: WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY COURSE REQUESTS AND ENROLL STUDENTS UNTIL 12/2 DUE TO THE UPCOMING HOLIDAY. WE WILL START INPUTTING ON MONDAY 12/2 AND WILL EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF ACTUAL ENROLLMENT IN COURSES WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER 12/2. PLEASE CHECK EMAIL STARTING 12/2 FOR CONFIRMATION. We will be verifying eligibility this week and actual input into courses will take place after the Thanksgiving holiday when we return on 12/2. If you are currently enrolled in prerequisite courses you will NOT be input into the courses until after a passing grade is posted and we verify it after the class closes. Instructors have three days once a class closes to post grades so please allow ONE week for them to post and us to verify and input you.

Students must have completed ALL basic courses (vet tech and gen ed) to register for these courses. We do check and will not register you if you have not completed them all.

Meningitis Requirement
If you are 22 or under you must provide proof of meningitis immunization BEFORE you request classes. Send proof to

ALL intermediate and advanced courses REQUIRE an already approved hospital to register.
You MUST WORK in an approved veterinary facility at least 20 hours a week throughout the entire semester. Hours will be verified. NO VOLUNTEERING OR INTERNING IS PERMITTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Students enrolling in intermediate courses will not be registered until their grades post in econnect and they have a passing score in all prerequisite levels. If you have failed a course that course must be made up prior to advancing.

Students on probation are limited to two courses, no exceptions.

Registration Dates for Spring 2020 Semester
Last Day to Register for vet tech courses: Jan 12

Students will be sent a confirmation email letting them know they have been registered and they must pay the same day the confirmation email is received. You must check email daily!

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR CLASSES UNTIL AFTER ALL GRADES HAVE POSTED FOR ALL COURSES FOR currently enrolled courses that are prerequisites, NO EXCEPTIONS. This request form holds your place in line. Students will be sent an email two days prior to us inputting you into courses and then again when you are actually registered.

If you need to drop a class, even before class has started you must submit a drop form. We will not process drops by email. You can email to request a drop form.
