TeachDFW Reimbursement Form
TeachDFW offers up to $100 in reimbursements for applying to a North Carolina educator preparation program.These costs can include required application and/or test registration fees paid as part of the application process. These costs must be incurred prior to admission and must have been paid for after you signed up with TeachDFW.

HOW TO APPLY

** IF YOU HAVE NOT YET APPLIED TO AN EDUCATOR PREPARATION PROGRAM **

1. Establish your eligibility for the TeachDFW Fee Reimbursement by completing the form below.

2. Submit your application to a TeachDFW educator preparation program. If you need help identifying a program to apply to, visit https://dallasftworth.teach.org/programs/explore for support!

3. After applying to an educator preparation program, return to this form and re-submit this form with proof of your application and fees.

** IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED TO AN EDUCATOR PREPARATION PROGRAM **

1. Submit the form below to provide documentation of the fees incurred and verification that you applied to an educator preparation program.

2. Once you submit the form, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Currently, reimbursements can only be provided via PayPal or Venmo.
