Thank you for your interest in holding your event at Sheffield Students' Union.

In line with government advice, it's important to note that in-person student group activities are restricted to a maximum of 6 students. Physical events planned by student groups should be adapted to be run online where possible.

We are hoping to have a clearer idea soon as to when we will be able to begin rescheduling and booking in events again. In the meantime, please feel free to complete this form with any alternative dates that may be of interest to you so we can have a look into availability and discuss options with you as the situation develops. A member of our Events Team will be in touch with you within 3-5 working days.

The Covid-19 situation is being closely monitored, and we are working with the University of Sheffield to provide clear advice and information in line with the guidance issued by the Government and Public Health England.
