This form is a request for Winter Break Housing. If you are planning to stay any of the nights starting December 15th at 12pm through January 11th, you must fill out this form. This is a request, so you will have to receive confirmation from the Director or Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life before you are actually permitted to stay.
In Season Athletes: If you need to stay for athletic reasons– Athletics will confirm your approval for specific dates with our office! You do not need to complete this form.
Requesting to stay does not guarantee approval.
Eligibility to Live on Campus between December 15th through January 11th include:
a.) Being registered for Fall 2025 housing and Winter 2026 housing.
b.) Being in good standing with the Financial Services Office;
c.) Continuous compliance with the Housing Handbook, the Davenport Student Code of Conduct, and instructions of University personnel.
Disclaimer: Please note there are reasons for request to be denied, they are listed below.
1. Students in Fall Housing 2025 but not in Winter Housing 2026 are NOT eligible for Winter Break Housing. Students not living in housing for the Winter 2026 semester must move out no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025. There will be no exceptions.
2. Working an off-campus job.
